Acceptable Use

You agree to use SpeakPro solely for lawful, respectful, and constructive learning and communication. You must not disrupt sessions, harm other users, or attempt to compromise service integrity.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, the following:

• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breaching security or authentication measures.
• Sharing account credentials or using another user’s account without explicit permission.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code from our platform except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if behavior violates these standards or risks our users, partners, or infrastructure.

Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless noted. Taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout when required by law. Payments are due at the time of purchase or as otherwise specified for subscription plans.

By submitting a payment method, you authorize us to charge applicable fees and taxes on a recurring basis for subscriptions until cancellation. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing details.

Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy below. Chargebacks without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.

Cancellations

You may cancel a one-time session up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start for a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours, rescheduling options may be offered at our discretion.

For subscriptions, cancel any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Access remains available through the end of the current paid term. Prorated refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.

If we suspend or terminate your account due to a violation of these Terms, refunds are not provided.

Disclaimer

SpeakPro provides educational content and tools “as-is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, practice, and application of the material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Other Terms

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

Intellectual Property: All materials provided via SpeakPro, including content, branding, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SpeakPro is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
